    Evening Tribune (San Diego, CA) Monday, Jan. 5, 1987 Services for Phillip R. Sweeten, 50, of El Cajon, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Paris-Frederick Mortuary, held under the auspices of the Masons. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. He died Thursday at home. Mr. Sweeten, a native of Illinois, lived in the county 28 years. He was San Diego Transit's manager of procurement and stores for 26 years and a member of the Masons. He served in the Air Force from 1954-1957. Survivors include his wife, Nadine; a daughter Dawn Sweeten of El Cajon; his son Mark, also of El Cajon; and a sister Betty Horst of Chicago.
