Phyllis B Pleskac of Beaverton, Washington County, OR was born on March 15, 1919 at at home at the W-4 Ranch in Kimberly, Grant County to Charles Vincent Bales and Minnie Viola Phillips Bales. Phyllis Pleskac had siblings Forrest Bales Canova, Eunice Bales Bakos, Kathleen Bales Jackson, and Vivien Bales. She married John P. Pleskac. She married Elliott G. Garrison, and they had children Norman R. Garrison and Margaret E. Garrison. Phyllis Pleskac died at age 75 years old on September 3, 1994, and was buried in August 1994.
