Phyllis Pleskac had siblings Forrest Bales Canova, Eunice Bales Bakos, Kathleen Bales Jackson, and Vivien Bales. She married John P. Pleskac. She married Elliott G. Garrison, and they had children Norman R. Garrison and Margaret E. Garrison. Phyllis Pleskac died at age 75 years old on September 3, 1994, and was buried in August 1994.
