Introduction

A student and then teacher in the Madison school district for many years, he was college educated in biology as well as education. Despite moving to Wisconsin to start his family he made a habit of going back to Billings about every year to visit loved ones and enjoy the beautiful place he grew up in. He has been unable to maintain this practice in more recent years. He enlisted in the army and worked in supply, before marrying his childhood sweetheart whom he had met as a girl from a neighboring town at a youth Christian group.
