I knew Ralph "Jerry" Sneegas from the 60's because he was my neighbor. I helped him build his home on Lizbeth in Anaheim. I really liked this man as he was always in a happy mood and was a joy to be around. Above, all. He was an excellent police officer with Anaheim PD and loved his wife and family and had strong religious beliefs. He passed away to young and my hope is that he did not suffer.
