Randolph W Novotny of Elgin, Bastrop County, TX was born on February 3, 1956 to Theodore Benjamin Novotny. He had a brother John T Novotny. He married Linda D Hamm and they later divorced. He had children Steven Andrew Novotny and Nicole Lynn Novotny. Randolph Novotny died at age 48 years old on May 5, 2004.
