Randy Lee Holtzhafer Sr. was born on September 22, 1962 in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania United States to Kenneth Paul Holtzhafer and Jeanette Ann Holtzhafer, and had siblings Bonnie Lynn Langella and Jane Marie Newhard. He married Carol Ann Holtzhafer on May 14, 1988 in Allentown, Lehigh County, and they were married until Randy's death on April 29, 2013 in Salisbury Township. He had children Meghan Lynn Holtzhafer and Randy Lee Holtzhafer Jr.. Randy Holtzhafer was buried on May 4, 2013 in Allentown.
