Refugio Ortega of TX was born on July 4, 1949. They married Estela J. (Reyes) Ortega on October 11, 1969 in El paso County, TX and they later separated on June 17, 1970. They also married Maria D. (Granillo) Ortega on July 20, 1970 in El paso County. Refugio Ortega died at age 59 years old on October 8, 2008, and was buried at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery Section GG Site 499 P.o.
