Reginald Percy Oakley of Caulfield, City of Glen Eira County, VIC Australia was born on January 20, 1896 in South Yarra to Stella Marion (Deverell) Oakley and John Haswell Oakley. He had a brother John Haswell Oakley Jnr. He married Marie Therese Oakley ( Cusack, and had children Reginald Warburton Oakley and John Howard Oakley. Reginald Oakley died at age 51 years old on December 8, 1947 in Caulfield, and was buried at Springvale Botanical Cemetery in Springvale, Greater Dandenong City County.
