Richard's love of the gym: Richard was a wonderful person and ex-boyfriend of mine . He was very healthy and lifted weights on a regular basis at the gym ,sometimes twice daily. He ate healthy , took care of his body and worked hard.I remember he came home from the Dr. and said the Dr. said I have the heart of a twenty year old man. He was so proud of that because he worked so hard at taking care of himself. I didn't even know he passed in till last year when I tried to get a hold of him to see how he was doing. I googled his name and there it was Richard F. Weskerna Death. I was shocked. I still don't even know how and why. I am deeply saddened at his loss, he was such a good man.

Rene ...Richard was a childhood and life long friend. He was an usher in my wedding in NJ back in 1974. Rich did develope diabetis and died of an apparent heart attack at his home in pocatello. He was a hreat friend an I miss him

Hi Michael, thank you so much for letting me know how Rich died.He seemed so healthy, it's just shocking to me still. He told me about you and your wife and wanted me to go with him to visit you guys, he truly thought the world of you both. strange we meet on here without him. I too miss him and he will forever have a place in my heart. Thank you again for taking the time to let me know how he passed., breaks my heart!
