Introduction

Richard Henry Lensner was born to parents John Gottlieb Lensner (1832-1898) and Elizabeth Roenick (1835-1914). He married Mary Biemiller (1876-1959) on 20 December 1898. They had the following children: 1. Virginia Olive Lensner (1899-1990) who married Ralph Lee Montag (1896-1957) and had 4 children. 2. Violet A. Lensner (1901-1901) who lived only 7 weeks. 3. Earl Lawrence Lensner (1903-1952) who never married. 4. Carl Alvin Lensner (1903-1986) who never married. 5. Arthur Leland Lensner (1907-1922 who never married. 6. Beulah A. Lensner (1912-2003) who married Walter Stanley Lefkowitz (1912-2003). Richard and his wife Mary are buried in the Union Dale Cemetery in Pittsburgh, PA.
