Rick Victor Levy of Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles County, California was born on May 14, 1948 to Marcus "Mike" Victor Levy and Leonora "Lee" Arogetti Levy. He had siblings Nancy Rochelle Levy and Mark Jack Levy. He was in a relationship with Lori Nelson Levy, and had children Jenna Leonora Levy, Michael Victor Levy, and Jordan Nelson Levy. Rick Levy died at age 63 years old on July 3, 2011.
