    Robert was raised as a Lutheran but changed to non-denominational in the mid 1950’s he then founded Rose Of Sharon Temple in Colorado Springs with his wife Barbara in 1965, they pastored the church together until his death in 2005, she remained as pastor of the church until retiring in 2013
  • Military Service

    He was a gunner on the USS Iowa BB 61 during World War II, he sustained a fracture to his left hip during the war. Two years after the war he had to have his left hip and leg removed due to bone cancer stemming from his injury on the deck of the USS Iowa
  • Professional Career

    He was a cost accountant for the United States Air Force through the early 1960s, then was the Pastor of Rose Of Sharon Temple in Colorado Springs until his passing in 2005
