    Robert Anthony Yahn was born on May 21, 1929 in Wheeling West Virginia to Harry V Yahn and Emma Witsberger (both of whom were born and died in Wheeling). However according to the 1930 Census, the family lived in Triadelphia, West Virginia on Stone Church Rd. There were 11 members in the household which included Harry B Jahne (age 43) , Emma J. Jane (age 37), their 8 children ages 11 mos to 18 years (Gertrude, Harry B, Alma, Dorothy, Louis, John, Edmund, Robert) and Emma's sister, Marian Witsberger, age 24. The 1930 census taker spelled the surname "Jahne" and Robert's middle initial was erroneously transcribed as "C". In 1954, the Morgantown, West Virginia, City Directory, listed Robert A Yahn as living at 33 Moreland apt 3. He was a student. In 1960, Robert Anthony Yahn married Marlene Jochum in Ohio County, West Virginia. By 1994, he was again listed as living in Wheeling, on Cloverfields. Robert A Yahn died in Wheeling, WV on February 20 1996.
