    SHREVEPORT Robert C. "Bob" Binderim entered into rest on Saturday Feb. 6, 1988, after a long illness. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday Feb. 8, 1988, at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel, with Dr. Charles Harvey, head of Evangelist Louisiana Baptist Convention, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Gary Melanson, minister of music at Sunset Acres Baptist Church Burial will be at Forest Park West Cemetery. Bob was a retired salesman and distributor for Bakery Products who served the area for over 40 years. He was a loving, energetic and supportive leader in his family, active in his church and loved by those who knew him. He was a member and deacon of Sunset Acres Baptist Church He is survived by his wife, Vi Binderim; two sons, Richard and Gary Binderim, both of Shreveport; two brothers, Max Binderim, Long Beach, Calif. and Paul Binderim of Galena, Kansas; six grandchildren, Jim, Richard, Amy, Julie, Lori and Jay; and several nieces and nephews. Bob's passing leaves us all with an empty feeling. He will be best remembered with a smile, a kind word or good deed for a friend. Because he gave so much joy to those who knew him, he would want each of us to carry on. He loved his family, his friends, and he loved the Lord. His smile will be missed. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Dr. Gandhi for his unselfish devotion and deep compassion Pallbearers: Dave Foster, Ellis Brooks, Woodrow Parham, Bill Bible, Bobby Joe Richardson.
