He had siblings Emma Louisa (Delahoy) Huff, Henry Holdsworth Delahoy, Walter Sidney Delahoy, Rupert Daniel Delahoy, George Oscar Delahoy, and William Eldridge Delahoy Sr.. Robert Hoy married Mary Edith Moebus in 1926, and died at age 88 years old on July 17, 1990 in Box Hill, Whitehorse City County.
