Robert Leonard Gourley 1872 - 1950

Robert Leonard Gourley of Sydenham, Victoria Australia was born on April 11, 1872 in Timor, Central Goldfields Shire County, VIC to William Gourley and Phoebe (Chenoweth) Gourley. He had siblings Charles Frederick Gourley, Charlotte Elizabeth (Gourley) Sutton, Ada Sarah Gourley, Emily Margaret (Gourley) Porteous, John Gourley, and Albert Gourley. He married Clara Louisa (Mclay) Gourley in 1902, and had children Victoria Phoebe Gourley, Jean Galloway (Gourley) McRae, and Joyce Mclay (Gourley) Boundy. Robert Gourley died at age 77 years old on April 5, 1950 in Essendon, City of Moonee Valley County, and was buried at Keilor Cemetery Ely Ct, in Keilor East, City of Brimbank County.
