School friends, neighbor hood buddies: Bob and I grew up togeher in the San Fernando valley. we rode our horses all over the west hills in the summer time. Bob, Dick and Terry called me Fuzzy. that was the moniker bestowed upon me by Bobs dad .. I always had a buzz cut, especially in summer. The gang of us rode bikes all over town. (Canoga Park). We raised all kinds of hell, and had a great time. A lot of the time you would see three of us on one bike. Usually it was Bob doing all the work, he was the strongest. Bob was a great friend. Over my lifetime I have thought, and wondered how his life was going. The last time I spoke with Bob was when my self and my second wife were visiting my folks on Woodlake Ave. That was in 1974.Of course he had Dick Homanick in tow with him. I did stop in at the shop one time and visited with the old man and Bobs older brother Richand, and shot the s*** for a while. I sure do miss those days.
