He married Rebecca Morehouse, daughter of Jonathan Morehouse, on 19 September 1746 at Redding, Fairfield Co., CT. Robert Meaker died in 1805 at Hillsdale, Columbia Co., NY. Clerk of the Court, Nobeltown, MA (now Hillsdale, Columbia Co, NY) in "History & Genealogy of the Old Families of Fairfield" states that Robert was Clerk of the Episcopal Church at NobleTown MA in 1771 and that his wife was Rebecca. Unknown burial location at this time. *Children Ichabod, Robert, Ephriam, Sarah, Joshua, Jonathan, John, and Ann.
