    Robert W. Jagoe Sept. 30, 1925 ~ April 4, 2011 Resident of Danville Robert (Bob) W. Jagoe passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011 Bob was born in Farmingdale, New York, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute after serving in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman during WWII. He enjoyed a long career as an electrical engineer and later as a corporate manager and consultant in New York and California. He enjoyed working in his garden and was avid reader. In his retirement, he spent many years thoroughly researching his family genealogy. He was always willing to extend a hand to neighbors and friends, and was a great source of information and knowledge. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Carol; his daughters Cathie Kenny of State College, Pennsylvania and Nancy Crom of Lloyd Harbor, New York; their husbands John Kenny and Michael Crom; and grandchildren Lauren, Brendan, Nicole and Alex. Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of his life at Community Presbyterian Church, 222 W. El Pintado Rd., Danville on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 4pm with a reception to follow.
