    Roger is my brother. He was born Roger Lynn Snapp and was adopted by Herb and Evelynn Wastier in 1963. He has three brothers, me, Danny Lee, and Donald Eugene. Danny died in 2001 from Diabetes.

Roger is my older brother whom I love very much. Roger and I grew up together. We started off in the Snapp family and were placed in the Lena Pope Home where we were adopted several years later. The Herb and Evelynn Wastier family adopted us and took us in. Herb was murdered in cold blood by a robber at a liquor store in February of 1967.
