Ronald E. Clawson, 69, Rockwood, went to be with his Lord and Savior Aug. 18, 2007. Born May 27, 1938, in Salina, the son of the late Ira and Dorothy (Anderson) Clawson. Also preceded in death by an infant brother. Survived by a family who meant the world to him: children Tom, married to Betty Miller, Rockwood; Jane Bailey, married to Russell, Somerset; Eugene "Jeep," married to Heidi Mostoller, Friedens; Diane Boudreau, married to Steve, Manassas, Va.; Jim, Somerset; Ray, married to Candi Havrilla, Northern Cambria; and Matt, Somerset; sisters, Esther, married to Lloyd Ansell, Rockwood and Donna Miller, Somerset; grandchildren, Brittney, Sierra and Savannah Clawson, Crystal Bailey, Austin Clawson, Christopher Boudreau, Ray Jr. and Sarah Clawson; and loving companion, Carolyn Henry, Somerset and all her family. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Member of the Scullton Alliance Church and attended the Somerset Church of the Nazarene. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Scullton Alliance Church. The Rev. Boyd Race and John Buchko officiating. There will be 1 hour of visitation prior to the service. Interment at the Scullton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to be made to the missions funds at Scullton Alliance Church at 1033 Scullton Road, Rockwood, PA 15557, or Somerset Church of the Nazarene at 382 W. Union St., Somerset, PA 15501.
