Ronnie loved to hike, water ski, snow ski and visit tropical islands not inhabited by tourists. He found peace in the rain forest in Washington State and elsewhere. He had a brilliant mind and was interested in space, history, oceans, rivers, and streams. Ron had a wonderful sense of humor and made friends wherever life took him. He loved gardening and what a garden he had. He loved rabbit hunting, snake hunting, but disliked crows intensely. Later in life. he loved to go target practicing with his guns. Everyone loved Ron. He was very handsome with beautiful blue sparkling eyes. And really, all he wanted was to be loved by his wife, enjoy her gourmet cooking, family, friends, and his beloved furry critters.
