My time with Ron 1963-1968: Ron was one person who I considered my true friend. We met in Newport News, VA in 1963. We both had orders to the Jamed madison ssbn627. We spent 2/12 yrs in Va. Then off to Charleston, SC. We lived together partied together vacationed together etc.. I came to Coatesville with him a couple of times as he came to Bethesda, Md with me. We vacationed in Flordia, Myrtle Beach, Wildeood. Long Island, NY. We had the greatest times together. I will always consider my best friend ever. The Barracuda, the marlin. I had a T-bird and a Shelby Mustang.we. After I got out we continued our friend, he came Maryland a couple of times. When he he went to Nam. We lost touch I called to Coatesviille a number of times and left messages but never heard. So sorry he's not with I'd in body but will always be # 1 in my heart.
