Rosa Gershwin 1876 - 1948

Rosa (Bruskin) Gershwin was born on November 15, 1876 in Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg Russia. She was married to Morris Gershwin on July 21, 1895, and they were together until Morris' death on May 14, 1932. She had children George Gershwin, Arthur Gershwin, Frances Gershwin, and Ira Gershwin. Rosa Gershwin died at age 72 years old on December 15, 1948 in New York, New York United States.
