She had siblings Josepha Rose Papley, Monica Mary Papley, Leonard James Papley, Kevin Frederick Papley, and Kathleen Frances Papley. Rose Papley married Walter Murray Millard in 1937, and died at age 56 years old in May 1970 in Heidelberg, City of Banyule County.
