He was in a relationship with Lola Clark Bayne, and had children Deanne Bayne Silverman and Linda Bayne Smith. Roy Bayne died at age 67 years old on August 12, 1981, and was buried at Memorial gargens in Kankakee, Kankakee County, Il.
