Roy R Mills of Birmingham, Jefferson County, AL was born on January 28, 1925 in Walker County to Thomas N Mills and Susie (Northington). He married ora colvin in November 1963 at Birmingham , alabama in Birmingham, Jefferson County and they later divorced in March 1968 in Birmingham. He and Melba Cline Vaske married in May 1968 in Birmingham, Jefferson County, and they were married until death separated them. Roy Mills died at age 69 years old on January 1, 1995 in Birmingham, Jefferson County.
