We had a little rosebud once, So fragrant, pure, and sweet, She was given to us we thought To cherish and to keep. But just when she was growing To us more dear each day, Down came the Heavenly Gardener And took our bud away To the home for little children. ( Inserted by her loving mother and father, T. and J. Kohl.
