Ruby Gladys (Storer) Secrest was born on March 31, 1913 in Buffalo, Harper County, Oklahoma United States to Ray Irvine Storer and Verda Lue Storer, and had siblings Archie Lee Storer, Clyde Irving Storer, and William Ralph Storer. She married Claud Milton Secrest in 1930, and they were married until Ruby's death on July 11, 1998. Ruby Secrest had children Billy Lloyd Secrest and Anna Lou Snider.
