Ruby Mae (Daniely) Milligan of Chester, Delaware County, PA was born on December 28, 1929 in Eufaula, Barbour County, Alabama United States. She was the parent of Kevin Keith Milligan. She married Ernest Milton Milligan, Sr., and they had children Lisa Ann Milligan, Michael James Milligan, Margo Marie Milligan, Ernest Milton Milligan, Jr., Kevin Keith Milligan, and Ernestine Milligan-Williams. Ruby Milligan died at age 62 years old on August 4, 1992 at 1121 West 9th Street , in Chester, Delaware County, PA, and was buried in August 1992 at Chester Burial Cemetery in Chester.
