    Was always smiling and happy Most of his life. Very positive and loving. He didn't waste a lot of time with worries. He was extremely hard working, all his life He was physically fit. My grandfather, was Rufino Sanchez. My father, Rufinos son William Sanchez is alive, also. We sit and remember, grandfather a lot. He really enjoyed, watching the Rose Bowl parade and Thanksgiving parade. He had a lot of funny jokes, while watching the parade.The blow up Snoopy dog , made him laugh.

It also allowed the government to stockpile, in advance, materiel to be used in wartime.
