Russell W, Jerdan of Levitwon went home with the Lord on Tuesday, March 30, 2010. He was 91. Russell served our nation for 20 years, in World War 2 and as a radarman at Will Grove U.S. Naval Air Station. After retiring, he enjoyed continuing to work as a mail carrier for the Levittown Post Office for 10 years. Still "retired" he worked just as many years at Pennsbury School District Village Park School as head custodian. Russell was an active and founding member of Trinity Primitive Methodist Church of Levittown where he also served as a Sunday school teacher. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family. Russell is survived by his wife of 69 years, Irene;daughter Nancy Piasecki and son Walter Jerdan; his grandchildren: Bonnie, Brian, Dorothy, Heather, Jennifer, Josh, Paul, Scott, and Todd; his great-grandchildren: Aisha, Amanda, Bonnie, Brandon, Fatimah, Hafsa, Hamza, Isaac, Jacob, Josiah, Kalthoom, Lauren, Michael, Morgan, Nicky, Pamela, Paul Jr., Rachael, Randy, Tanner, Tiffany, and Tyler; and great-great-grandchildren: Alex, Ashley, Briana, Nicholas, Randy Jr., and Savana. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Hospice Education and Institute, Three Unity Square, P.O.
