    Fay studied with such noted Artists as George Barker, Sergei Bongart, Rex Brandt, Francis de Erdely, Robert Eskridge, Vincent Farrell, Merrell Gage, Dan Lutz, Connie Marlow, Eunice Martchenko and Joyce Pike. Fay also studied in numerous private classes and traveled Europe studying the Art Work at major Museums and Art Galleries. Ms. Siamis was an Art Instructor at The University of Southern California, El Camino College, The Marlborough School, as well as giving private and public Adult Education art courses with as many as 175 students per week who chose to enroll in her classes. Fay exhibited and received over 70 Awards and Honors for her work, including Best of Shows and the California Art Club Gold Medal Award. She is a Signature Member of the The California Art Club, The Pacific Art Guild, Artists of The Southwest, The Sergei Bongart Society and Delta Phi Delta Art Fraternity.,

In 1920, in the year that S. Fay Siamis was born, the National Football League, first called the American Professional Football Association, was created. College football was more popular than pro football and rising player salaries were bankrupting league owners. In response, owners created the NFL, using the pro baseball association as a model. Eleven teams were formed: the Akron Pros, Canton Bulldogs, Cleveland Indians, Dayton Triangles, Decatur Staleys, Hammond Pros, Massillon Tigers, Muncie Flyers, Racine Cardinals, Rochester Jeffersons and Rock Island Independents.

In 1935, by the time she was just 15 years old, on August 14, the Social Security Act was signed into law. The purpose was to "provide federal assistance to those unable to work". The law established the Social Security Administration whose primary focus was to "provide aid for the elderly, the unemployed, and children". The Act survived many Supreme Court challenges and the Administration continues until today.
