He is a professional person works as a solicitor in the United Kingdom, His qualifications: EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS 2011 until now PhD Student, Full Time Liverpool John Moores University Title: Road to democratisation in the Kurdistan; reform process in political systems and state institutions and understanding the issues of public interest and ethics by the politicians and officials. 2009-2010 Master Research (Mres) Full Time Liverpool John Moores University Title “Master in Causes of Corruption in Kurdistan”, this course improved my skills in research and developed my ability to understand the problem of corruptions as a universal phenomenon. 2007 - 2008 Legal Practice Course (LPC) Full Time Liverpool John Moores University (Legal Research, Business, Company Law, Personal Injury, Advance Criminal litigations, immigration, Civil Litigations and Commercial Property) Skills developed: experienced in applying law on facts, improved research, interviewing, advocacy and drafting skills, ability to build effective working relationships. 2002 - 2006 LLB (hons) Law Liverpool John Moores University development a good understanding of the British law and legal research also developed knowledge of how it has been applied and translated by the courts. 1993 – 1997 Law degree (average grades 67%) University of Salahadeen , Iraq (Studied Civil Law, Criminal Law, civil claim, Contract, family, (in English), Business (Trade), Islamic Sharia Law, International Law (In English)… etc. Gave him understanding of the Iraqi and Islamic law in general, and understanding of the international law and common law. September 2010 Level I of Immigration competent assessment successfully completed the Level I course and passed the test. Currently registered with Office of Immigration Service Commissioners as an Immigration advisor August 2011 Level 3 Immigration Course (Immigration Service Commissioners) successfully completed the Level 3 course in Manchester. Currently registered with the Office of Immigration Service Commissioners as an Immigration advisor.
