Salvatore M Cubello's father was Louis Cubello and his mother was Concetta Foti. He had sister, Mary. Salvatore married Dorothy Foti on June 28, 1969, and they had children Sally, Lucille, Kevin, and Louis. He worked as a cab driver more than 20 years, the worked as a security guard for the New York City Coliseum in Manhattan. He retired about 7 years before he died.

The following obituary appeared in The Herald Statesman (Yonkers, New York) on 21 Apr 1993, Wed on Page 15: Salvatore Cubello: retired security guard Salvatore Cubello, a retired security guard and a former cab-driver, died of renal failure Monday at St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers. He was 60. Mr. Cubello drove a cab for the Main Cab Co. in Yonkers for more than 20 years. He later worked as a security guard for the New York City Coliseum on 59th Street in Manhattan. He retired in 1986. He was born in Yonkers on Jan. 17, 1933, to Louis and Connie Foti Cubello. He attended Yonkers schools and graduated from the High School of Commerce. Mr. Cubello married Dorothy Foti on June 28, 1969 at Church of the Immaculate Conception (St. Mary's) in Yonkers. He was a communicant of Monastery Church of the Sacred Heart, also in Yonkers. He also was a member of the Sons of Italy in Dobbs Ferry. Besides his wife, survivors include two daughters, Sally Anne Cubello and Lucille Foti D'Ariano, both of Yonkers; a son, Kevin Foti of Thiells; and three grandchildren. Another son, Louis J. Foti, and a sister, Mary Anne Biddle, died earlier. Arrangements are being handled by the Cuccia Funeral Home Inc., in Yonkers.ADVERTISEMENT BYLooking for more information?
