He had siblings Murielle Agnes Morris, Thelma Mary Morris, and Marshall Ernest Morris. He married Jean May Morris, and died at age 67 years old in 1979 in Woodend, VIC. Samuel Morris was buried in April 1979 and cremated in Ballarat. Ashes were in wall at Woodend cemetery.. in Woodend.
