  • Introduction

    Excellent, caring mother of LA based actor John C. Meyer II p/k/a Johnny Meyer and two other children. Favorite musical group: Air Supply. Her nickname was "Miffy" as when she was little they called her "Little Miss Muffet". She frequented annually Portage Pointe Inn in Onekema Michigan in the summers with her kids & husband George Meyer. Very kind lady who was a school teacher to elementary age kids in her early years working before being a full time Mom in 1967 with the birth of her 1st child. She volunteered at the elementary school Bingham Farms where her children attended school as a librarian and parent helper. Tragically, she died of cirrhosis of the liver on Nov 01 1990 at her home in Beverly Hills Michigan. She had been dead many hours before being discovered by her son John & one of her daughters. The family misses her everyday.

Through secret negotiations, war was averted: the Soviet Union agreed to dismantle their weapons in Cuba and the United States agreed to never invade Cuba and to dismantle weapons in Turkey and Italy.
