Sarah (McCarthy) Annear 1860 - 1949

Sarah (McCarthy) Annear of Newtown, Greater Geelong City County, VIC Australia was born in 1860 in Mount Duneed to James McCarthy and Sarah (Smead) McCarthy. She had siblings Emma Mccarthy, Catherine (McCarthy) Spencer, and James McCarthy. She married Frederick Annear, and had children Leslie Annear, Stanley Annear, and Ida (Annear) Baird Spencer. Sarah Annear died at age 88 years old on May 1, 1949 in Newtown and Chilwell, Geelong County, and was buried at Geelong Western Cemetery 95 Minerva Rd, in Herne Hill, Greater Geelong City County.
