Sebastain was known as the East Coasts most notorious drug lord. Ruthless, merciless and unpredictable. Responsible for the death of over 350 men, women and children. He is a true mystery and disappeared without a trace. His death is a guess. Some say he still roams and this has earned him the nickname "The Ghost of East Coast".

Four LAPD officers had been accused of using excessive force (assault) on African-American Rodney King, who had been stopped for drunk driving. The beating had been videotaped. Their acquittal sparked a 6 day riot in Los Angeles.
