Shelby Gene Debler was born on March 10, 1955 to Cecil Debler and Ruth Ann Gowin (Debler) Pearson, and had siblings Kathy (Debler) Fleener and Brent Edward Debler. He was the parent of Michelle (Still) Rice, Shelby Don Gowin, and Natasha Gowin. He married Edna Marie (Mogan) Still and they later divorced in Missouri United States. They had a child Michelle Ann (Still) Rice. Shelby Debler died at age 68 years old on October 25, 2023 in Cameron, Clinton County, and was buried on October 25, 2023 at Selmore Cementary in Ozark, Christian County.
