Sherry's mom was Mary Ann Contreras (born in Mexico City, came to the US when very young) her father was Jesse Contreras a native American, half Blackfoot and half Apache (became a great friend to me) Her brother is Jesse Jr, her one sister is Ruth Ann Contreras. They all lived in San Fernando, Ca. Sherry was the woman I wanted to marry. I left for a job in eastern Europe for 3 months, planned to return in Aug but stayed till Sept 11 2002. Sherry has passed 9 days earlier. I returned to find multiple messages on my caller ID box, and machine. I returned her call to find her phone was disconnected. Contacted Mary and Jesse only to be given the news. I have never been the same since. that was 21 yrs ago. Sherry was 3 or 4 yrs younger than me. Difficult to deal with sometimes, but a true angel deep down. I loved and still do love her dearly. Much love Sherry, I hope you come meet me when I get there.
