He had siblings Marten-Everts Jongedijk, Wytske-Everts Jongedijk, Wimke-Everts Jongedijk, Sytse-Everts Jongedijk, Wieger-Everts Jongedijk, and Grietje-Everts Jongedijk. Sidney Jongedyk died at age 74 years old in February 1968.
