Even though Great Grandmother Sigrid died in 1972 when my cousin Scott William Frakes(born to Nancy Sigrid Welander Frakes Johnson) was born(I was born in 1976 to Jeannette Welander Pritchard and Ralph William Pritchard), I remember hearing stories about her and what a personality she had. When it came to looks, from what I can tell of the pictures from my grandfather John Leonard Welander had, she was quite stylish for her time. I would love to learn more about her from other family members, if they would not mind.
