Soledad Flores Pavon was born to Nestor Pavon and Virginia Flores in Mexico. Both of her parents were born in Mexico. She had siblings Manuela, Nestor Jr., and Genoveva. Soledad's father petitioned for Naturalization for the entire family in September of 1941. Soledad N. Pavon, 26, married Levon Osibov, 30, on September 20, 1952 in Los Angeles County, California.
