    Sophia Briggs traveled with her mother and father Captain Briggs on the Mary Celeste. The ship carried barrels of alcholol. A storm was carried in the middle of the Atlantic, Captain Briggs forced his wife and daughter on a boat. The family was somehow washed away by the sea storm.
