She was married to Peter Heibert on May 14, 1890 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and they were together until Peter's death on February 26, 1933. She had children Sophie Heibert Heibert, Lillian (Heibert) Klinkert, Charles Heibert, Carrie Heibert Heibert, Edward Heibert, Norman Heibert, and Alvin Heibert. Sophia Heibert died at age 79 years old on February 17, 1950 in St. Louis, MO.
