He had siblings Joseph (born 1901), Mary (born 1905), and Frank Przekwas (1907-1988). He grew up in Chicago, Cook, Illinois and later moved to Linn, Walworth, Wisconsin. On August 11, 1942 Stanley married Ruth Elliott (1921–) in Jackson, Kansas City, Missouri. Together the couple had a son Matt J Przekwas (1925-1986).
