Steve and I in USAF 1963-1967
Steve and I were in the USAF at Shaw AFB, SC from 1963-1967. We worked at the Base Accounting and Finance Office in the Commercl Services Area. We both made SSgt in February, 1967. We were the first 2 to make SSgt in under 4 years. We were also roommates in Barracks 900. Steve was Polish Catholic and I was Scotch Irish Baptist. We did TDYs in the Dominion Republic, Langely, and a few more places. Tried to track him down but was too late. He had passed away from TB when I finally got in touch with his wife.
