Came to the USA in 1916 at age 21. Married Anna Bereza and had two children; Michael and Stephanie. Settled in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for three years, where his sister Eva Stecyk still resides. He worked at Lehigh Structural Steel for years before he opened a grocery store at 633 North Front St. in Allentown. For the past five years he has operated a meat market and general store.
