He married Elizabeth Anne Heasley in 1987 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, and they were married until Elizabeth's death on September 19, 2006 in Philadelphia. Steven Heasley has children Steven Edward Heasley Jr., Thomas John Heasley, Richard James Heasley, Mark Edward Heasley, and Elizabeth Ann Heasley.
